How to sell a tour

The most important rule is listen. Be as friendly as possible, remember that the better the relationship between you and the customers is, the easier it will be for you to convince them of the prospects of the direction that you will choose.

Carefully write down all the requirements and wishes of the client. If you have any objections, they will come in handy for dealing with possible difficulties that may arise when working with a client. Remember that the more carefully you are at this stage, the easier it will be for you to work with this client further.

Analyze the available tours. Choose up to four options and offer them to your client. Of these four, two should be one of those that are priority for your company. Work with customer objections using a wish list. If the client cannot be convinced, do not despair - tell him that in the country where he is going, the situation is turbulent, and you personally would not advise going there.

If even this does not work, sell the client the tour that he wanted to buy initially. The most important thing is to establish relations with the client, to make him permanent from a one-off, and then in the future he will listen to you more often.
