How to get a survey license

The license of Rosreestr is necessary for the implementation of activities for the creation, updating of state topographic maps and plans, their publication. In addition, it gives the right to conduct federal, regional (territorial) and departmental cartographic and geodetic centers and other types of work that are part of the licensed cartographic activity.

Remember that the licensing authority in receipt is the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) and its territorial units.

In order to obtain a geodetic license, collect a package of documents. It includes: - certificate of assignment of OGRN, - certificate of assignment of TIN, - statistics codes, - extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or EGRIP, - all pages of the passport for individual entrepreneurs, - details of an individual entrepreneur or company, - payment documents for payment of state duty, - list of activities for which a license is required.

Sew and seal the documents that include two or more sheets with the seal of the organization or individual entrepreneur. In addition, verify with a notary public a copy of these documents, otherwise you will have to provide the originals.

Hand over a package of documents for registration to the territorial division of Rosreestr. Within 45 days, the registration authority will decide on the issuance of a license. During this period, Rosreestr will verify that your company fulfills the licensing conditions. To check the conditions of the license, it is necessary to provide: - information about specialists (diplomas and work books), - information about geodetic instruments owned by the entrepreneur or company, and their meteorological survey, - information about the manager of geodetic and cartographic activities.

After making the decision to issue a license, you will need to pay the state fee: 2600 rubles. for granting a license. This document is issued for a period of 5 years and is valid throughout Russia. After the specified period has elapsed, it is necessary to submit to the registering authority a new package of documents to renew the license.
