The first thing you need to do is collect the documents. Of course, you can’t do without your passport, make copies of all its sheets, including even empty ones. Next, you need to fill out an application for state registration of an individual as an entrepreneur (form No. Р21001). Remember that you do not need to sign a statement, as this must be done in the presence of a notary.

After everything is done, you need to contact the branch of Sberbank and pay the state fee, but before that, find out the details of the tax inspection for which payment should be made.

After all of the above documents are collected, contact the tax office. Do not forget to ask for a receipt on the acceptance of all papers. Then within 5 days you must be registered as an individual entrepreneur and assign you the main state registration number of the state registration record.

If you do not have the opportunity to provide documents in person, you can draw up a general power of attorney for another person. Having such a document, a person can only submit all the papers, and the receipt will be sent to you at the address indicated in your application.
