Begin the process of creating your company by choosing its legal form. The concept of "company" in Russian law does not exist. You can register and conduct your business as an individual entrepreneur or as a legal entity (for small businesses - this is LLC). Next, determine the name of your company. The tax inspectorate will reject the application for registration if you include foreign words or symbols in the Russian name. If you want your company to necessarily have foreign words, come up with two names for it: in Russian and in foreign languages.

If you decide to register a company in the form of an LLC, prepare the following documents: Charter, Memorandum of Association (if there are more than one founders), a protocol or a sole decision on the creation and appointment of a manager, a notarized application for registration.
