In order to organize a psychological service that will successfully function and solve the tasks assigned to it, it is necessary to correctly design its organizational structure. Think about the place that the psychological service in a particular organization or department will take.

Make a list of tasks that psychologists will solve. Define the directions of their work, they should include corrective, educational and research activities in accordance with the set social order. Consider which programs you need to implement within each block.

Determine what the qualitative and quantitative composition of specialists will be based on their complexity and the volume of the proposed work and in accordance with current standards. Today, one or two full-time staff of psychologists can work in an organization of about 500 people.
