Make a statement in the form P11001 "Application for state registration of a legal entity upon creation".

Get statistics codes that reflect the type of economic activity of a legal entity. Register with extrabudgetary funds and receive notifications from them confirming registration.

Open a bank account. To do this, it is necessary to write a statement in the name of the manager with a request to open an account, notarized copies of the statutory documents, certificates of registration and tax registration, a certificate of assignment of OKPO codes from the statistical authority, notifications from extrabudgetary funds. You will also be required to draw up a card with specimen signatures and attach orders to it confirming the authority of the officials indicated in the card. After that, sign a bank service agreement and start your business.
Useful advice
Your application for company registration must be considered within 7 days. You can receive a refusal only if the package of documents is not complete or the documents were submitted to an improper tax authority.
A legal entity shall be deemed executed after the head of the head has a certificate of state registration, the Charter of the enterprise marked with the Federal Tax Service, a certificate of tax registration, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).
