Run the program "1C" on a working computer. In the operation selection menu, select "Personnel", then click on the "Personalized Accounting" tab. In the pop-up window, find the "Information List" section.

Next, enter in the required fields all the required parameters in order to fill out the document. Indicate the head, responsible person, reporting period and full name of the organization. After filling out the program form with the relevant data, issue a command to generate personalized report information for the specified period. Wait for a while until 1C: Accounting automatically generates the necessary information about the work experience of employees who work in the organization and enters the created information files into a special table field of the program.

Indicate to the program packages of all documents that must be submitted to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. This can be done in the tabular field "Packs and Registers". When performing these steps, you will notice that absolutely all specialists who are included in the active package by the program will be displayed in a table field with the name "Package composition".

Carefully study the resulting set of registries and documents, and if necessary, make the necessary changes to the information thus obtained. Please note that now when working with the document "List of information" this opportunity is provided to all users.

Make the necessary changes manually. To do this, open a document called "Information about insurance premiums." Check once again that the document is filled out correctly.

Send all formed packs after checking and correcting the information. To do this, you just need to click on the button with the name "Post all packs." If necessary, the result can be printed on a printer.
