The name of the company is not registered separately. A company is registered under the name. You can give your brainchild any "name" if it does not contradict the law, otherwise you may be refused to create an enterprise. Such issues are regulated by the Federal Law "On Limited Liability Companies".

Check company name. It should not contain foreign words or symbols in the form of "interspersed". This is provided for in paragraph 1 of Art. 4 of the Federal Law "On Limited Liability Companies". However, having a name in full in a foreign language is allowed, but in one. After the commission’s permission, the Ministry of Justice will submit to the Government of the Russian Federation a draft order on consent to use the “Russian” company name. If the Government refuses you, the money will not be returned to you. Do not use the names of Russian cities, regions and Federal entities in the name of the company. This also requires the permission of the city hall. It is possible to register a company with this name, but the same mayor's office may sue you.

Tax officials really do not like names that duplicate the names of government agencies. For example, LLC "Ministry of Finance". Do not create problems for yourself. It is allowed to call your company "name" already existing. Your enterprises will differ in the Main state registration number (PSRN), TIN, etc. However, you will not be allowed to use the brand name without its consent.

Prepare the charter of the company, a memorandum of association, a decision on the establishment of a legal entity, write an application for registration of a company with your chosen name, pay a state duty and submit documents for registration to the Tax Inspectorate at the place of your permanent residence.
