How to get an extract from the state registry

The provision of extracts from the state register (EGRIP for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities for legal entities) is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Tax Service. It may be needed when opening a bank account in a bank, obtaining licenses for various types of activities, to participate in tenders and competitions.

Also, an extract is often requested in order to verify potential business partners.

• - an application for an extract from the USRIP or the USRLE;

• - receipt of payment of state duty 200 rubles (standard) or 400 rubles (for the provision of an urgent statement)

Obtaining an extract from the USRIP.

If you need to issue an extract from the Unified State Register of Registered Enterprises for yourself, then it will be provided free of charge on the basis of a free-form application. If you are issuing an extract for a third party, you need to pre-pay the state fee in the amount of 200 rubles, or 400 rubles - then you will receive an extract within 24 hours.

You can get a completed receipt for paying state duty using the service of the Federal Tax Service -

In a statement to the tax office (at the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur) indicate: "I ask you to provide an extract from the Unified State Register of Industrial Registration in the amount of 2 (two) copies in relation to ________________________".

An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities is provided according to a similar scheme with the USRIP. In the application you must indicate:

- name of legal entity;

- TIN / BIN;

- passport data of the applicant (provided that you order an extract as an authorized legal entity - a power of attorney);

- It is also desirable to indicate the mailing address. It is necessary if you cannot receive an extract on the day of issue.

You can also order an extract from the USRIP or the USRLE through the Internet. This can be done on the website of the Federal Tax Service at http://www.nalog.ru/rn77/service/egrip/. In this case, the extract may be provided in electronic format, or on paper to the “applicant personally”.

With any form of application, an extract from the USRIP or the USRLE must be provided to you within 5 days after registration.
