Instruction manual

1

If you yourself cannot recover debt, fines, penalties, forfeit from business partners, but you have a writ of execution issued on the basis of a court order, or you have entered into a voluntary settlement agreement, which by law is equal to a writ of execution, contact the service bailiffs.

2

Present your passport, write a request for enforcement, present executive documents. As bailiffs, bailiffs accept a writ of execution issued on the basis of a decision of a court of general jurisdiction or an arbitration court, a voluntary or settlement agreement, a certificate issued by a labor dispute committee, a court order, an act of bodies exercising administrative control. All documents must be presented in originals and photocopies, which will be attached to the decision of the bailiff, on the basis of which enforcement proceedings will be started on enforcement.

3

Within 7 calendar days, the bailiff is obliged to begin enforcement proceedings. The total period of enforcement proceedings may not exceed two months from the date of the decision on the commencement of the enforcement proceedings. If the debtor is put on the Federal wanted list, the deadlines for execution may be extended for an indefinite period, but you are required to notify them monthly on how progress is being made on open enforcement aimed at collecting a debt, a fine, interest, and forfeit.

4

The direct collection procedure can be carried out by any means that do not contradict the current legislation. The bailiff has the right to foreclose on any property of the debtor, on income, deposit and savings bank accounts or to forcibly bring the defendant to corrective labor administrative work.
