In the Czech Republic, a favorable environment has developed for creating your own business and doing business. In the Czech Republic, any small and medium business is supported by the state, which attracts foreigners. At the same time, opening a company in the Czech Republic is the first step towards developing your business. Moreover, this is almost the most reliable way to obtain a residence permit in the country.

You will need

  • - certificates of no criminal record;

  • - office space;

  • - start-up capital.

Instruction manual

1

To get started, get a criminal record from the Czech Republic and from the country in which you are a citizen.

2

Find an office space or arrange for a legal address. After that, from the owner of the real estate you will receive a contract, extracts from the Commercial Register and Real Estate Cadastre. The registration address may coincide with the legal address, but during the checks you will need to show a workplace that confirms the use of part of the apartment as a work office.

3

Next, contact a notary public and receive a notarial record where you sign the Charter of a limited liability company. You will also be provided with an extract indicating the share of each of the owners, if there are several founders in your company. At this stage, it should already be decided who will become the director of the company.

4

Go with the notarial record to the bank, where you will need to put the authorized capital of the company on a special account.

5

Submit an application to the Commercial Register along with all the documents that you have received from a notary and a bank.

6

The decision to open a company is made within two weeks. It remains only to wait for the result, which will be delivered to you in writing at the address that you indicated as legal.

7

After obtaining permission to conduct business, register the company with the tax authority.

note

The cost of the whole procedure is about 1000 euros, but you need to consider the costs of staying in the country, since you are unlikely to be able to do all the work faster than 2 weeks. To avoid most of the clearance process, if you have enough money, you can buy a ready-made company. It is worth noting that the cost of opening a company requires much less financial costs than with immigration to any country that traditionally provides opportunities for opening your own business.
