How to report to the FIU to an entrepreneur

A report to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation is required to be presented by each entrepreneur for themselves and employees. The report form can be submitted in person by the IP, sent by mail or issued via the Internet using special servers.

If you are engaged in a personal business and do not have employees, submit a report to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation once a year. Contributions made only for yourself, submit in the form of RSV-2, SZV-6-1. Accompany them with a description of the unified form of ADV-6-3. The report must be submitted no later than March 1 of the current year.

If there are employees for these forms, fill in the unified forms of RSV-1, SZV-6-2. Accompany documents in the form of ADV-6-2. The report should be submitted to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on a quarterly basis. Reporting for the 1st quarter - no later than May 1, for the second - no later than August 1, for 3 - until November 1. The deadlines for submitting the annual report are set until February 1.

You can find the form of reporting documentation on the Internet if you have access to paid services of the files of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. All reports must be signed by an individual entrepreneur, on each put the official stamp of your company and a rectangular one with the address and exact details.
