Prepare a package of documents necessary for the design of the CEO. It should include the Protocol or Decision of the general meeting on the appointment of the Director General, which should be signed by all participants or only by the chairman and secretary of the meeting. Also enclose a copy of the passport of the Director General, a copy of the extract from the constituent documentation with information about the company, its founders and the Director General; copy of the decision or protocol on the establishment of the enterprise, a copy of the charter of the enterprise.

Write to the registration authority a request to bring your company into the register.

All provided copies of documents along with the application must be certified by a notary. Please note that the notary is required to request from you all the originals of the constituent documents and all certificates of assignment of TIN / KPP, UAH, PSRN and others. Check with a notary in advance what documents he will need.

Take the package of documents along with the cover letter to the tax authority and after the company is registered and an extract from the register is received, its General Director will gain official status.

In accordance with the federal law of July 1, 2002 No. 129-ФЗ "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs", until the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities confirming the registration of the enterprise is received by the tax authority, the Director General will not have the authority legal force, like his signature. Legally, he takes office from the date the corresponding entry was made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
